Homogeneous preparation based on pre-cooked cod, flour and egg, molded in a deep-frozen aluminum mold and ready to fry
Storage instructions: After thawing, do not refreeze
Allergens: cod, gluten, egg and milk.
Method of Preparation / Use: Without defrosting, remove from the aluminum mold and fry in very hot oil (170ºC) for approximately 5 minutes, turning them over so that the frying is uniform. Fry a few units at a time.
